Heathmont Roulette was purchased at 3 months of age from Heathmont Stud and arrived at Acacia Ridge Stud as a weanling. We purchased him with the intention of using him over our Northern Romulus mares and this has proved to be a very successful cross.

He was Ace assessed as Elite with an overall score of 80.5% and was recommended as a stallion prospect.

Bravo was bred by Sally Haxwell of Inverwood Stud. He is by Northern Romulus who was by Falkland Victory out of Arnhem Dutch WB mare. His dam carries the famous Salute lines on her sire's side and his grand-dam's lineage goes back to Precipitation who has been an outstanding TB sire of jumping horses.

Bravo was unfortunately  put down as a result of a paddock accident in 2018

Most of us who compete in any horse discipline dream of one day owning, training and riding that "perfect" horse. Rommy was as near to perfect as anyone could wish - truly that "once in a lifetime horse".

His temperament and trainability were faultless and we all knew that he was glory bound.
